Our Kind King - Matthew 9:36-38

Matthew 9:36-38
"But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.""

----------------

Jesus was moved and had compassion on the crowds. Notice He did not just have pity on them.  Pity is caring about others but putting none of that caring into action. Jesus was a man of action and he wants us to be men and woman of action also.

Jesus is no longer here walking on this earth and he needs many laborers to help him touch and care for as many people as possible.  I pray you look closely for signs of the harvest this week and don't wait for someone else to fill the need. Just do it!

...and don't forget to love God with all your heart, love others as He does, and use every minute for His will and to His glory!
